Responsibilities

• Reviewing month-end closing and preparing of the Group's monthly consolidated financial statements
• Perform internal controls review process and make recommendations
• In charge of the annual audit and tax filing, prepare the supporting documents and audited financial statements to auditors.
• Handle compliance matter required by Hong Kong Listing Rules
• Review the consolidation as well as taxation, annual audit and strategic plans
• Ensure the completion of timely and accurate financial reporting deliverable and preparation of in-depth analysis for senior management

Requirements

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Qualified member of CPA / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial firms or financial accounting field
• Good command of English and Mandarin, in both verbal and written.
