Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Media Channel Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data-driven media strategy across all digital channels (Social, Video and Programmatic) to achieve business objectives and KPIs

  • Use advanced analytics tools, media dashboard to track real-time campaign performance, interpret key trends and identify actionable insights, translating complex data into strategic recommendations

  • Oversee media budget allocation thru data-driven forecasting, scenario planning and ROI analysis to maximize impact

  • Work with external agency partner’s execution of day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external teams

Communications:

  • Develop and implement media and social media strategies across the consumer journey, which align with brand direction and strategy

  • Content creation and planning on owned social platforms – FB, IG, YT, Red and WeChat

  • Work closely with external agency partners to manage all digital activities, including media, social media, website maintenance and provides daily operations

  • Monitor and analyze media performance metrics, such as awareness, engagements, customer sentiment and provide data-driven recommendations for performance optimization

  • Stay up-to-date with industry development, marketing trends, and practices to drive continuous improvement and innovations 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, business or related field

  • 10 years of proven experience in media and digital agency in managing integrated campaigns

  • Strong expertise in data analytics, media measurement and data visualization tools (e,g Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr and internal data tools) 

  • Excellent quantitative skills and experience working with large datasets, data models and media attribution

  • Ready to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to think innovatively to generate great ideas and solution

  • Detailed-oriented, independent, accountable, good time management skills
