Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operation across the board
- Set Up HR Department
- Solid experience in recruitment, C&B, Payroll and MPF operations, performance management, annual salary review etc.
- Set up HR procedures and policies including Employee Handbook
- Assist in ad hoc tasks if required
Requirements
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With minimum 8 years-experience in Human Resource working in start-up company
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Good project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English Cantonese and Mandarin, in both verbal and written.
