Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operation across the board
  • Set Up HR Department
  • Solid experience in recruitment, C&B, Payroll and MPF operations, performance management, annual salary review etc.
  • Set up HR procedures and policies including Employee Handbook
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks if required

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • With minimum 8 years-experience in Human Resource working in start-up company
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Good project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English Cantonese and Mandarin, in both verbal and written.
